Marine Showcase at Dynamic Earth

Researchers from CREEM and the SMRU (Sea Mammal Research Unit) attended a Marine Science Showcase at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh. We ran fun and interactive activities that demonstrate some of the ways we study animal populations. Our activities aimed to illustrate methods such as Mark-Recapture, Passive Acoustic Monitoring Density Estimation (PAM DE) and Photo ID.
